Summary: This is one more step to remove `fbjs` from `react-native-github`. This changes both the internal and external code to use `invariant` from zertosh instead of the copy in fbjs.

Summary:
Fixes two problems I uncovered with React Native:
1. `FBCore/Prelude` points to `React.unstable_AsyncMode` which is not defined. (This type was renamed to `React.unstable_ConcurrentMode` in React v16.6.0. **As a result** people in the "react_native:async_rendering" GK will no longer get runtime errors on app start.
2. Updates `react-devtools` and (more importantly) `react-devtools-core` to 3.4.2 to handle the React-internal tag/type refactoring that happened prior to the release of 16.6.0. **As a result** DevTools will no longer cause a runtime error when connected to React Native.
For the second change, I ran `js1 upgrade react-devtools -v ^3.4.2`

This adds a synchronous method that JS can call to load view managers.
Notably, we don't have an exact way to go from a JS name to the native view manager, so this naively adds 'Manager' to the end.
After lazily loading the view, it makes sure to cache all its values in native and JS, as further calls from JS will fail.

===========
We are currently iterating through each view manager to get its class name to pass to JS. JS uses this list to define lazy property accesses for each view manager to grab the constants synchronously. This results in each view manager's class loading immediately -- causing a small perf hit.
Let's avoid this view managers list entirely. JS is able to access each view manager directly by calling getConstantsForViewManager(name)

It configures Flow, Jest and Metro to get the module names from the filenames (`Libraries/Animated/src/nodes/AnimatedInterpolation.js` => `AnimatedInterpolation`)
* Checked the Flow configuration by running flow on the project root (no errors):
```
yarn flow
```
* Checked the Jest configuration by running the tests with a clean cache:
```
yarn jest --clearCache && yarn test
```
* Checked the Metro configuration by starting the server with a clean cache and requesting some bundles:
```
yarn run start --reset-cache
curl 'localhost:8081/IntegrationTests/AccessibilityManagerTest.bundle?platform=android'
curl 'localhost:8081/Libraries/Alert/Alert.bundle?platform=ios'
Some warnings don't have a good prefix that can be targeted using .startsWith, e.g. "Module $modulename requires main queue setup". It would be helpful to be able to select this warning using the much more specific middle part of the string ("requires main queue setup since it overrides `constantsToExport`) so I want to change this check from startsWith to includes to enable that.
Changing from .startsWith -> .includes should be completely backward compatible.
Summary:
We plan to migrate native components like View, Text, and Image to be typed with Flow instead of propTypes so that we can better enforce our usages.
This change makes it so that *if* propTypes are defined they must cover the native props. However, if they aren't specified, the validation doesn't occur.
Eventually, the prop validation should occur via codegen that generates an interface the native component must implement from the flow types defined in JS.
