Valentin Shergin d16772a31e Sealable: fixed semantic; atomic type for the flag variable 
Summary:
* Fixed semantic: all kinds of derivative instances lose `sealed` flag (which is expected);
 * Using atomic<bool> for `sealed_` ivar.
