This diff fixes two bugs:
1. When you load a `<WebView/>` with an HTML source string, HTML source doesn't render in the `<WebView/>`. Instead, we get this warning: https://pxl.cl/grz3. Here's what the above page should look like when correctly rendered: https://pxl.cl/grzt
2. Furthermore, you render a blank `<WebView/>` (i.e: with no source prop), it should display a blank page. Instead, we get this warning: https://pxl.cl/grz3
**Bugfix:**
One solution I found was to ensure that `about:blank` is always whitelisted. That way, we don't ever abort navigations to blank pages, which occur when we do:
```ObjectiveC
/** Line 134 in RCTWebView.m */
[_webView loadHTMLString:@"" baseURL:nil];
```
and
```ObjectiveC
/** Line 115 in RCTWebView.m */
if (html) {
NSURL *baseURL = [RCTConvert NSURL:source[@"baseUrl"]];
if (!baseURL) {
baseURL = [NSURL URLWithString:@"about:blank"];
}
[_webView loadHTMLString:html baseURL:baseURL];
return;
}
```

Summary:
Opening a new PR for #10946 (see discussion there).
This PR builds upon #14775 (iOS ViewManager inheritance) and #14261 (more extensible Android WebView).
**Motivation**
When `WebView.android.js` and `WebView.ios.js` use `requireNativeComponent`, they are hard-coded to require `RCTWebView`. This means if you want to re-use the same JS-logic, but require a custom native WebView-implementation, you have to duplicate the entire JS-code files.
The same is true if you want to pass through any custom events or props, which you want to set on the custom native `WebView`.
What I'm trying to solve with this PR is to able to extend native WebView logic, and being able to re-use and extend existing WebView JS-logic.
This is done by adding a new `nativeConfig` prop on WebView. I've also moved the extra `requireNativeComponent` config to `WebView.extraNativeComponentConfig` for easier re-use.
**Test plan**
jacobp100 has been kind enough to help me with docs for this new feature. So that is part of the PR and can be read for some information.
I've also created an example app which demonstrates how to use this functionality: https://github.com/cbrevik/webview-native-config-example
If you've implemented the native side as in the example repo above, it should be fairly easy to use from JavaScript like this:
```javascript
import React, { Component, PropTypes } from 'react';
import { WebView, requireNativeComponent, NativeModules } from 'react-native';
const { CustomWebViewManager } = NativeModules;
export default class CustomWebView extends Component {
static propTypes = {
...WebView.propTypes,
finalUrl: PropTypes.string,
onNavigationCompleted: PropTypes.func,
};
_onNavigationCompleted = (event) => {
const { onNavigationCompleted } = this.props;
onNavigationCompleted && onNavigationCompleted(event);
}
render() {
return (
<WebView
{...this.props}
nativeConfig={{
component: RCTCustomWebView,
props: {
finalUrl: this.props.finalUrl,
onNavigationCompleted: this._onNavigationCompleted,
},
viewManager: CustomWebViewManager
}}
/>
);
}
}
const RCTCustomWebView = requireNativeComponent(
'RCTCustomWebView',
CustomWebView,
WebView.extraNativeComponentConfig
);
```
As you see, you require the custom native implementation at the bottom, and send in that along with any custom props with the `nativeConfig` prop on the `WebView`. You also send in the `viewManager` since iOS requires that for `startLoadWithResult`.
**Discussion**
As noted in the original PR, this could in principle be done with more React Native components, to make it easier for the community to re-use and extend native components.

This commit enables state WebViewState before triggering reload on WebView. This will (if defined) trigger the loading screen again.
On iOS the LoadingIndicator will be called whenever you reload the WebView. On Android this feature is missing (see #11013). This PR adds this behaviour.
Important: One might think that "onLoadStart" is the right area to add this code, but on Android onLoadStart will also trigger for sub-resources -> the loading screen will also appear when loading iframes on the same page. I expect thats why this was not added in first place.

Currently, < WebView > allows you to pass JS to execute within the view. This works great, but there currently is not a way to execute JS after the page is loaded. We needed this for our app.
We noticed that the WebView had messaging support added (see #9762) . Initially, this seemed like more than enough functionality for our use case - just write a function that's injected on initial load that accepts a message with JS, and `eval()` it. However, this broke once we realized that Content Security Policy can block the use of eval on pages. The native methods iOS provide to inject JS allow you to inject JS without CSP interfering. So, we just wrapped the native methods on iOS (and later Android) and it worked for our use case. The method injectJavaScript was born.
Now, after I wrote this code, I realized that #8798 exists and hadn't been merged because of a lack of tests. I commend what was done in #8798 as it sorely solves a problem (injecting JS after the initial load) and has more features than what I'

Summary:**Motivation:** In my app, I'm using a WebView that loads content from my mobile site. What I want to do is when a user presses a link on the loaded page, I want to stop the WebView's request, hijack the URL and open the URL in a new WebView, pushed to the top of the navigator stack. To me, this gives the overall app a more native feel, instead of implementing a rudimentary navbar on the main WebView to go back.
**Attempted Workarounds:** I've attempted to get similar functionality by capturing the onNavigationStateChange event in the WebView, and then within calling goBack + pushing the new view to the navigator stack. From a functionality standpoint, this works. However, from a UI standpoint, the user can clearly see the webview change states to a new page + go back before having the new view pushed on top of their nav stack.
