Summary:
Xcode really sucks, per some discussion on e1577df1fd and https://developer.apple.com/library/content/technotes/tn2215/_index.html, if you use the headers phase, and mark headers in your static library as public, they will actually end up in the final package that's built and you can't submit to the app store! This changes our xcode setup to use a copy files phase instead.
I've also changed the header include path to be $(BUILT_PRODUCTS_DIR)/include, which is added to the include path by Xcode by default, so 3rd party libraries should not be impacted by these changes anymore.

The examples: 2048 and TicTacToe will display errors when click the run on Xcode. I imported RCTNetwork and RCTImage for 2048 and RCTNetwork for TicTacToe and it works on the simulator.

Summary:
This changes the JS location of the examples (2048, UIExplorer, Movies, and TicTacToe) to be set from RCTBundleURLProvider instead.
This also makes the example apps run the bundle script, which makes the build time longer.

Summary:First I searched for special cases that destructor PropTypes:
```
(?s)React\s*=\s*require\('react\-native'\).*(Children|PropTypes)[^\{\}]*\}\s*=\s*React;
```
I split them up manually.
Then I replaced the React = require('react-native') + destructuring pattern...
```
(?s)(const|var)\s+React\s*=\s*require\('react\-native'\)(.*[^\{\}]*\}\s*=\s*)React;
```
...with...
```
$1 React = require('react');
$1 ReactNative = require('react-native')$2ReactNative;
```
I used lint to figure out if I left some unnecessary imports.
Finally I grepped for just
```
React\s*=\s*require\('react\-native'\)
```
to catch any remaining patterns.
Also, `} = React.NativeModules` -> `} = ReactNative.NativeModules`.

I've increased the warning levels in the OSS frameworks, which caught a bunch of minor issues. I also fixed some new errors in Xcode 7 relating to designated initializers and TLS security.
Test Plan:
* Test the sample apps and make sure they still work.
* Run tests.

Without a width or height set for the X or O image they don't appear, fix this problem by adding styles with width and height specified.
