Summary:
This PR removes the need for having the `providesModule` tags in all the modules in the repository.
It configures Flow, Jest and Metro to get the module names from the filenames (`Libraries/Animated/src/nodes/AnimatedInterpolation.js` => `AnimatedInterpolation`)
* Checked the Flow configuration by running flow on the project root (no errors):
```
yarn flow
```
* Checked the Jest configuration by running the tests with a clean cache:
```
yarn jest --clearCache && yarn test
```
* Checked the Metro configuration by starting the server with a clean cache and requesting some bundles:
```
yarn run start --reset-cache
curl 'localhost:8081/IntegrationTests/AccessibilityManagerTest.bundle?platform=android'
curl 'localhost:8081/Libraries/Alert/Alert.bundle?platform=ios'
```

Migrating everything to import from StyleSheet instead of StyleSheetTypes.
Search and replaced
```
import type {StyleObj} from 'StyleSheetTypes';
```
to
```
import type {DangerouslyImpreciseStyleProp} from 'StyleSheet';
```
and then replacing `StyleObj` with `DangerouslyImpreciseStyleProp` and fixing up the remaining flow errors by hand.

Summary:
There are a number of $FlowFixMe statements in TarBarIOS.ios.js as a result of recent Flow upgrades introducing new errors/warnings. I had a stab at removing these statements and introducing what are hopefully sensible types.
Only types were changed so `yarn flow` should be sufficient.

Hi,
This PR Solves this issue #3083.
This PR solves the problem of default color on TabBar being always grey. Which looks great if the barTintColor is unchanged. However if we set the barTintColor to something else (like blue in example) text and icons become quite unreadable.
Commit (c206417) - Enable setting color of unselected tabs
Solves this issue with a prop (unselectedTintColor) on TabBarIOS to which you just pass a color like you can for barTintColor and tintColor.
This leaves us with a result that is on second picture. Notice the color of text on tabs.
Or change it to yellow for demonstrating purposes
 I'm working a Win8.1 machine and couldn't build the react-native using the github repo. As soon as I figure that out, I'll probably figure how to run the tests and how to add some for this feature.
