Chad Austin	79712c35cb	Disallow Optional::operator=(nullptr_t) unless T is a pointer ... Summary: The old implementation of folly::none inadvertently allowed disengaging an optional by writing `op = nullptr`. Disallow that and require `op = folly::none`.
