Update RunningOnDevice.md

Thanks for submitting a PR! Please read these instructions carefully:

- [ ] Provide a **test plan** demonstrating that the code is solid.
- [x] Match the **code formatting** of the rest of the codebase.
- [x] Target the `master` branch, NOT a "stable" branch.
