Update to React 0.14.2

Summary: Not many changes. Notably, this includes https://github.com/facebook/react/pull/5166 which fixes Chrome debugging in RN (in a web worker, `window.dispatchEvent` is available but `document` is not).

Fixes facebook/react-native#4007.
