feat(iOS14): Support for the new auth status PHAuthorizationStatusLimited from iOS 14 (#326)

* feat `limited` in the response of CameraRoll.getPhotos(...) if the permission is `PHAuthorizationStatusLimited`

* update Flow types

* add example usage of the limited info
