Zahary Karadjov 8ce0fc3a89 Address #1687 
This addresses the issues by detecting and rejecting keystores with
incorrect PBKDF2 and SCrypt params. It also bumps the version of
nim-json-serialization to include a bugfix for incorrect parsing
of json files featuring comments.
