fix unnecessary HashList/HashArray cache invalidation (#3660) 
* SSZ `[]` -> `mitem`
* `[]` -> `item`

immutable access via mutable instance cannot rely on template
overloading, and `[]` cannot be a `func` because of special seq handling
in compiler.
