Adds a few minor logging improvements:
- Fixes a typo (`was happened` -> `has happened`)
- Avoids passing `reset_slot` argument to log statement multiple times
- Uses same `rewind_to_slot` label when logging in both sync directions
- Consistent rewind point logging
