helper scripts for Nimbus-eth2 benchmarking

process_benchmark_output.pl - takes NBC benchmark output and converts it into a JSON file suitable for the Jenkins Benchmark plugin or into HTML charts using D3 and Dimple.

run_nbc_benchmarks.sh - builds and runs benchmarks, then calls process_benchmark_output.pl on their outputs.
