chore: extract asynchronous channels code from status-im/nim-chronos PR #45 Involves some adjustments necessary for the code to compile with the version of Nim compiler (1.2.6) provided by latest status-im/nimbus-build-system and to be compatible with latest status-im/nim-chronos. Does not include "transport" code added with respect to asynchronous channels introduced in https://github.com/status-im/nim-chronos/pull/45. That code will likely be added to this repo in the future. Note that at present vendor/nim-chronos points to a GitHub fork of status-im/nim-chronos as two small changes were needed in vendor/nim-chronos. See: https://github.com/status-im/nim-chronos/pull/154.
