[marketplace] address more PR comments

- remove RequestState as no longer being used
- remove RequestState check on purchase timeout
- add tests for `withdrawFunds` and `subscribeRequestCancelled`
- update `dagger-contracts` so that `RequestCancelled.requestId` property is indexed in the event
