bind/java: reenable asset access. This is done by moving app.Context to internal/mobileinit, introducing mobileinit.SetCurrentContext and, making bind/java depend on it. TODO: check gomobile bind's proguard rule - context lookup was implemented through reflection on android.app.AppGlobals class.
