Fix setsockopt() for IPV6_MULTICAST_IF
...
32bit: sizeof(&ifindex) == sizeof(void *) == 4
64bit: sizeof(&ifindex) == sizeof(void *) == 8
As a result, it is "ifindex" oob acces on 64bit platforms.
