Fix colliding of miniupnpc.lib files
...
Fix miniupnp/miniupnp#270
Both libminiupnpc-static and libminiupnpc-shared targets
were generated miniupnpc.lib files.
Now libminiupnpc-static generates libminiupnpc.lib whereas
libminiupnpc-shared generates miniupnpc.lib and miniupnpc.dll
