miniupnpd: Added ENABLE_UPNPPINHOLE macro
using ENABLE_UPNPPINHOLE to compile in the support for IPv6 Firewall pinholes.
It is enabled by either ENABLE_6CF_SERVICE or ENABLE_PCP + ENABLE_IPV6.
