mmark: allow citation suffix
mmark 2 promised to implement this: allow a citation suffix: [@!RFC1034, p. 144]. Implement this by splitting on the comma. Add multiple tests for this new behavior. Signed-off-by: Miek Gieben <miek@miek.nl>
