nimbus.prater: lower max peers on macos to fix file limit It's a temporary fix until we apply a proper solution which involves calling `setrlimit()` at startup to raise the soft limit: https://github.com/status-im/nimbus-eth2/issues/2984 Signed-off-by: Jakub Sokołowski <jakub@status.im>
