* Updated build to include deployment of contracts 
* updated the plugin uploadCmd to be a Promise for better bubbling of errors and messaging.
* updated test.js imports so functionality works correctly.

../../bin/embark run to check if everything is behaving as expected

../../bin/embark test to see tests are working as expected

dist/index.html and dist/test.html to check different functionality
