Case sensitive route match (#19647) 
Add case insensitive param on service route match

This commit adds in a new feature that allows service routers to specify that
paths and path prefixes should ignore upper / lower casing when matching URLs.

docs: consistently name Consul service mesh (#17222) 
Remove outdated usage of "Consul Connect" instead of Consul service mesh.

The connect subsystem in Consul provides Consul's service mesh capabilities.
However, the term "Consul Connect" should not be used as an alternative to
the name "Consul service mesh".

This commit adds example JSON configs for several config entry
resources were missing examples in this language.

The examples have been updated to use the new CodeTabs resource
instead of the Tab component.

Move cfg entry docs to under connect from agent (#9533) 
Since all config entries are currently related to service mesh it's a
much more natural place to look for them under Service Mesh than under
Agent.
