# Consul API Gateway - Gateway Spec Features
The Consul API Gateway currently supports a subset of the [v1alpha2 Gateway API Spec](https://gateway-api.sigs.k8s.io/v1alpha2/references/spec/). The table below
specifies the supported features of the spec. For a full list of features, including the list of gateway and route statuses and an explanation on how they
