Use Montgomery representation by default for Finite Field 
- Fix montyMagic, modular inversion mode 2^2k was missing an iteration
- Fix test for buffer size in BigInt serialization
- Add UINT/Hex serialization for finite fields
- Montgomery conversion and redc
