  * pname:commandBuffer is the command buffer into which the command will be
    recorded.
  * pname:blendConstants is an array of four values specifying the R, G, B,
    and A components of the blend constant color used in blending, depending
    on the <<framebuffer-blendfactors,blend factor>>.
