vkEnumerateInstanceLayerProperties - Returns up to requested number of global layer properties.

Parameters
----------

pname:pPropertyCount::
    Pointer to count indicating space available on input and structures
    returned on output.

pname:pProperties::
    Pointer to a array to receive the results.

Description
-----------

fname:vkEnumerateInstanceLayerProperties retrieves properties for global layers.
pname:pPropertyCount must be a valid pointer to an integer set to the size
of the slink:VkLayerProperties array pointed to by pname:pProperties.
pname:pProperties must be code:NULL or a pointer to an array of
slink:VkLayerProperties to be filled out. If code:NULL,
fname:vkEnumerateInstanceLayerProperties will update pname:pPropertyCount
with the number of layers found. The definition of slink:VkLayerProperties
is as follows:
