George Lipov 469ed7d1df Update bundle for macOS code signing compatibility (#1) ...

- rm .env (only used for fastlane on mobile, violates strict macOS
bundle structure equirements
- rename `MacOs` folder to `MacOS` - even though macOS is case-insensitive, code
signing is not
- move helper binaries into Resources - ubuntu-server cannot be signed
and all binaries in the `MacOS` folder have to be signed
