Running Locally
---------------
See detailed instructions at the root of spiff-arena, but:
* Install libraries using poetry:

* Setup the database - uses mysql and assumes server is running by default:

$ ./bin/recreate_db clean
* Run the server:

$ ./bin/run_server_locally
