fe11c2ee78 fix(modeling): unclaim ID on shape/connection delete 
* unclaim ID of deleted shapes and connections
* unclaim ID of referenced processes when deleting participant
* this does NOT ensure we unclaim IDs of elements like DI, events, errors, ...
