* add camunda-bpmn-moddle for integration tests

* CopyPaste: remove <property.clone>, add <moddleCopy.canCopyProperties>, <moddleCopy.canCopyProperty>, <moddleCopy.canSetCopiedProperty>
* BpmnRules: removed <elements.paste> rule in favor of <elements.create> rule
* BpmnRules: removed <element.paste> rule
* ElementFactory: use <attrs.di> property instead of <attrs.colors> for fill and stroke when creating element through ElementFactory#createBpmnElement

Nico Rehwaldt d3449ca87c chore(project): es6ify source code 
* use ES6 import / export
* UTILS: export individual utilities
* TESTS: localize TestHelper includes

BREAKING CHANGE:

* all utilities export independent functions
* library sources got ported to ES6. You must now use
  a ES module bundler such as Browserify + babelify or
  Webpack to consume this library (or parts of it).

This commit adds the functionality to

* add a lane (above/below an existing one)
* split a lane into sub lanes
* remove a lane
* resize a lane

Nico Rehwaldt afa72ad5bd fix(modeling): correctly update Lane#flowNodeRefs 
Previously, the bpmn:FlowNode <-> bpmn:Lane relationship was not
properly maintained in the BpmnUpdater.

This commit fixes the behavior.
