feat(snapping): add bpmn-specific move snapping
This commit adds message flow + collaboration specific snapping by
subclassing the diagram-js provided default Snapping implementation.
* Add collaboration snapping
* Rename lib/util/{Name}.js -> lib/util/{Name}Util.js
