Add -d:postgres and -d:nimDebugDlOpen to both the dynamic and static nim c invocations in nix/default.nix, matching the POSTGRES=1 flag already used in the Make-based build path.
Usage
Shell
A development shell can be started using:
nix develop
Building
To build a Codex you can use:
nix build '.?submodules=1#default'
The ?submodules=1 part should eventually not be necessary.
