Syafiq 7f13e71f91 feat: migrate SPEL to LEZ v0.2.4 (#256) ...

Bump all LEZ dependencies (nssa_core, nssa, common, sequencer_service_rpc, wallet) from v0.2.0 to v0.2.4 and adapt to breaking API changes:

- Async WalletCore::from_env()
- Replaced direct sequencer_client field access with helm_owned(), poller_helm(), and get_account_public()
- ViewingPublicKey (vpk) integration for private PDA derivation
- Updated codegen templates in spel-client-gen and ffi_codegen.rs
