Fact-check of the appendix additions confirmed every citation is real and supported. Two corrections applied: - Match the RedStone Terms of Use quotes to the source casing (sentence case, not all-caps) and restore the dropped "or discontinuance" clause. - Soften the "99.9% de-facto benchmark / nothing higher exists" framing, which rested on a single directional secondary source, to "the closest published reliability figure the survey could locate."
