* bump logoscore, lgpm, lgpd. add openmetrics module * Add CI workflow to run the openmetrics doc-test Runs doctests/openmetrics.test.yaml end-to-end via the shared logos-doctest CLI on each PR/push to master: builds the image from the commit under test, runs it, loads the modules, initializes openmetrics, and scrapes /metrics. Linux-only (the doc-test builds and runs a Docker image; GitHub's macOS runners have no Docker daemon). The commit under test is passed through $LOGOS_DOCKER_REF; fork PRs fall back to the base branch since their head commit isn't fetchable from the base repo. The two-column HTML report is uploaded as an artifact. Skipped on fork PRs, where GITHUB_TOKEN is read-only. Requires a one-time repo setup: Settings -> Pages -> Deploy from branch -> gh-pages / (root). The first run creates the gh-pages branch.
