This commit adds a convenience API `artifacts.require(name)` that aims to make
requiring artifacts a little bit more straight forward.
Usage:
```
const SimpleStorage = artifacts.require('SimpleStorage');
const EmbarkJS = artifacts.require('EmbarkJS');
```
