emizzle 927f562a41 Fixed issue with CORS domains for auto-started geth, swarm, and ipfs processes. 
Fixes after rebase:
* De-duped i18n en.json
* Re-built package-lock.json

Current WIP is auto-starting storage processes defined in dappConnection config.
