Pass blockSize to node.store only when correct REST ?chunk value was provided, otherwise node.store will use its default value.
Also added MaxBlockSize=1 GB, so we have reasonable limit to block sizes provided by users.
Previous version closed only bodyReader, while now it closes entire bodyStream.
But creation of bodyStream is now moved out of "try" block which may lead to unhandled exceptions (?)
Uploaded file split into blocks of requested size when being stored in BlockStore, that allows user to control efficiency of storage, and provide us simple facility to test performance with various block sizes.

Make RequestId, SlotId, Nonce, PurcahseId distinct types.
Add/modify conversions to support the distinct type (ABI encoding/decoding, JSON encoding, REST decoding).
Update tests
- rename `ContractId` to `SlotId`
- add `RequestId`, `PurchaseId`, `Nonce` types as aliases of `array[32, byte]`
- rename `Proving.contracts` to `Proving.slots`
